We're Jade and Yun. We build personal coaching around your goals, your body, and the life you want training to support.
We keep JawiFit intentionally personal, so your coach knows more than your program. We notice what changes, adapt when life changes, and stay close to the progress that matters to you.

The assessment, the plan, the reviews and the attention do not change. What changes is who is in the room with you.
Functional training complements — not replaces — sport-specific coaching, from artistic swimming and fencing to whatever comes next.
What keeps coaching personal.
Your goals, experience, body, and schedule shape the plan from day one.

The assessment is a session, not a form.
Clear priorities then decide where your time goes — two or three things per block get real attention, and we tell you which is which.
We pay attention and adjust as your body, progress, and life change.

A plan can change mid-session.
If today's warm-up shows that the shoulder isn't ready, we change that day's pressing.
We measure what matters — so training gives more back to the life you want.

Strength, energy, and movement quality that hold up outside the studio.
On a court, on a trail, carrying a toddler through an airport.
High standards.
No ego.
Just thoughtful coaching.

JawiFit is Jade and Yun. They assess together, argue about the plan, and coach with the same standard — which is why a plan here reflects two judgments, not one habit.

If your question is not here, email hello@jawifit.com — it goes to Jade and Yun, not a queue.
If you want to make progress without having to research and manage your own training, yes. The consultation exists to tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
No. A large part of coaching here is starting people who have never lifted, or who are coming back after a long gap, an injury, or a pregnancy. The plan starts where you actually are.
Yes — that is the normal case in couple coaching. You each get your own assessment, plan, and progressions. What you share is the hour, the habit, and the accountability.
Jade or Yun reads what you sent and replies with a suggested starting point and a time to talk. You are not asked to pick a package or a price tier before we understand the goal.
In a private studio in Mountain View, CA, by appointment. We share the address once we have spoken, so sessions stay private.
Not yet. We are building it, and we are not taking sign-ups for it until the coaching, check-ins, and progress reviews are genuinely ready.
Email us about your goal and your week. Jade or Yun reads it, replies, and suggests where to start. No packages to choose, nothing to pay.
